People keep asking, what is couchsurfing, thats why I write this post:
Couchsurfing is a portal in the internet where you can find people from all over the world. They are willing to share their couch with you, host you, show you around or only to drink a coffee with you.
Advantage is that you get in contact with local people and learn a lot about the culture! It acually makes the world smaller!
Couchsurfing ist ein Protal im Internet wo man Leute findet, die bereit sind ihre Couch zu teilen. Im Grossen und Ganzen geht es darum, andere Kulturen und Lebensweisen kennen zu lernen, was man nur machen kann, wenn man mit Einheimischen zu tun hat. Hierbei geht es nicht um finanzielle Vorteile sondern um Offenheit und die Bereitschaft zu geben und zu nehmen
